At The Flapper Heist, all orders are lovingly prepared and dispatched by hand.
We aim to ship your order as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Processing Times

Orders placed before 1pm (UK time) are usually shipped the same business day.

Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the next business day.

We are not able to dispatch orders on weekends or UK public holidays.

Shipping Times

Delivery estimates depend on the courier and destination:

UK orders: 2–5 business days

Please note that these are estimates provided by the courier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer may be responsible for reshipping fees.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery time is out of our control.
If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at hello@theflapperheist.com and we’ll help you investigate with the courier.
